Having joined KORA in 2020, I am glad to be part of the team and to have the opportunity to study large carnivores across Switzerland. I participate in the monitoring and research projects on lynx, wild cat and wolf populations in Switzerland.
I am a passionate biologist, and nature conservation is particularly important to me. I enjoy studying the interaction between humans, wildlife, and the ecosystems we all share. I have a BSc in Biology (UNIL, Switzerland and UQAR, Canada) and an MSc in Ecology (NMBU, Norway). Previously, I have had the great opportunity to study the ecology, behaviour, and physiology of bears, moose, beavers, marmots, meerkats, as well as barn owls, within a variety of ecosystems, countries and research groups.
I admire nature, and during my spare time, I enjoy spending my time outside, finishing the day by cooking on a crackling fire.
